Gas Safe registered plumbing, heating and renewables. Based in North Wales, covering Wales and Cheshire. Ring us for an emergency call-out or a morning / afternoon slot — whatever's gone wrong, someone answers, day or night.
Online booking is nearly ready. For now, ring us and weβll get you booked in.
Pick a day, tell us what’s gone wrong and add a photo if you can. We ring you straight back to take the first hour and agree a time — that’s what confirms the slot. Emergencies go straight to the phone instead.

We've got it. You'll hear from us shortly to confirm your slot.
Your slot is held but not confirmed. Weβll ring you to take the first hour, and that locks it in β an engineer on site, diagnosis, and a fixed price for the rest of the job before anything else is done.

What we do
Most jobs we take start to finish. On the bigger ones we bring in the trades — electricians, joiners, tilers, plasterers — and manage the lot, so you're not chasing five diaries and hoping they talk to each other.
Dean has project managed hundreds of jobs, up to £150,000 from first drawing to final sign-off. Twenty years in the trade and a family rooted in building means the network is people he actually knows, not names off a list.
Big jobs rarely come unstuck on the work. They come unstuck where the communication goes — and that's exactly where Dean is at his best. Whatever you're planning, big or small, ring and talk it through.
Ring us and tell us what's gone wrong. Make, model, whatever you know β we start working on it from the moment you call, so we turn up already ahead of the job.
The first hour isn't a call-out fee. It buys an engineer on site with time to diagnose it properly rather than glance and guess. Settled on the phone when you book.
Within that first hour on site you get the price for the rest of the job, or we carry on at a fixed hourly rate. Either way you know the number before any further work begins.
Emergencies
Any boiler, plumbing or heating-related emergency — please call. Don't wait on the form. We're on the phone 24 hours, every day of the year.
If anyone is unwell or there's a fire, call 999 first. Gas escapes can also be reported free to 0800 111 999, who can isolate the supply at the main.
Where & when
Emergencies: 24 hours, seven days. Booking slots are for scheduled work. If it can't wait, ring us any hour of any day and we'll answer.
We're based in North Wales. Day to day our patch is North Wales and Cheshire — standard rates, standard slots, no travel loading.
Towns
Counties & regions
We cover the rest of Wales too, and all surrounding areas are considered. If your town isn't listed, ring and ask — the odds are we already work near you.
Further afield we'll travel nationally for emergencies. Those jobs go on a pre-agreed rate, paid before we set off — ring us and you'll get the number on the call, no surprises at the door.
Credentials
Screwfix run a nationwide search for Britain's top tradesperson. In 2018 the Rhyl Journal covered Dean Billingsley being picked as a North Wales regional finalist, going through to the final in Stockport.
Being nominated and reaching the final 20 taught me a lot about how I carry myself as a tradesman.
Dean Billingsley
Dean has taken apprentices from their first week on site through to running their own jobs, and now leads a fleet of engineers across North Wales. He hires on character before CV, because a qualification tells you what someone can do. It tells you nothing about whether they'll turn out at two in the morning. That's the part customers feel.
We work alongside local community groups on projects that are led by the people who actually live there, and we volunteer wherever there is a need that we can help meet. Social value isn't a box we tick at tender stage. It's the reason a trade that has worked the same patch for twenty years is still standing here today.
